A fun class suitable for all ages and abilities. This workout class uses a combination of traditional aerobic class moves combined with simple dance steps that are choreographed to music. This is followed by some work with light hand weights (optional) and mat exercises (which can also be completed whilst sitting in a chair). Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers. A great way to start your week!
