Release the free flow of energy in body and mind using gentle practices to mobilise joints easing stiffness and muscular tension, meditative standing sequences, simple breathing practices and led relaxations.

Circuit Training Class
Every Monday 7.45pm - 8.45pm
Increase your strength, stamina and flexibility at our fitness/circuit training class. Circuits will include: press-ups; sit-ups; skipping; step-ups; lunges; star jumps and sprints, followed by a cool down and stretching session. Instructor: Richard Birkitt
Price: £24.00 / £18.00 concessions per 6-week block
