The Glenkens Business Association (GBA) was formed by a group of like-minded business people from the villages within the Glenkens to promote and support businesses within the Glenkens. Our printed Business Directory is available from outlets around the Glenkens. A new web version of the GBA Directory is available offering tourist accommodation (b&b, hotel and self catering accommodation), and activities and for visitors to the area,as well as a great range of products and services for people living and working in the area. You can find local shops and online shops offering visitors and residents the opportunity to buy all manner of things from this area of outstanding natural beauty direct from the producer.

| Volunteer Landmark Reached |

Volunteer Co-ordinator Wendy Leach, the lady responsible for ensuring we have the required number of personel for each and every event held at the CatStrand and records the number of hours each volunteer has given to the organisation has just announced that so far in 2011 over 2000 hours has now been generously donated.
