Paula Cochrane, Community Worker, Age Concern Scotland, is in partnership with Liz Cole, Community Project Worker, The CatStrand, and together they are hoping to establish a working group of younger and older people to devise a simple cookery book of healthy recipes. There will be a nutritionist and an organic cook on the working group. This project will run weekly for six weeks in April and May from 4-5pm.  Anybody interested, please contact either Liz on: 01644 420374 or Paula on: 01556 505718.
