Current Food Hygiene Certificate

 

A range of baking skills

Bar Training Certificate (Licensing Scotland Act)

 

Sound knowledge of food storage and preparation guidelines

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Personal Qualities

Flexible approach to the job tasks and routine is essential

Strong organisational skills

 

Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative when required

Ability to prioritise work and work towards deadlines

 

Friendly and personable manner when dealing with the public

Basic Terms and conditions

Pay Rate:    £9.20 per hour, payable monthly in arrears

Hours:        Standard hours, Wednesday to Friday 8.00am-3.00pm, Saturday + Sunday 9.00am- 3.00pm. Part-time/Job share would be considered. Additional evening work will be required on occasion plus holiday cover.

Pension:     A contributory pension scheme is in place (NEST)

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum, including public holidays FTE
